The 2017-18 Alice Black Trophy Winner – “Erny” by Mick Jones
To perpetuate the memory of our late member Alice Black, the club has introduced the ‘Alice Black Memorial Trophy’ to be contested each year on a perpetual basis.

Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) – 14 August, 6:30pm
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Toowoomba Photographic Society (TPS) is to be held and the TPS Clubrooms (DeMolay House – 90 Margaret Street Toowoomba), 6:30pm on the 14th August.
Members will need to ensure they have paid their membership dues prior to, or on the night, to be eligible to vote on items in the AGM. A named voting card will be available to members who are financial.
A committee nomination form is attached and can be either emailed to the secretary email; tpssec@hotmail.com or mailed to our postal address; PO Box 339 Toowoomba, QLD 4350. Please have these returned by Wednesday 1st August.
An AGM Agenda will be made available on the evening.
Please be prompt, as we also have a competition meeting held on the same night.

Claim The Date
The End of Year Dinner has been cemented as the 24th August and Golden Roast, the catering provider, will be tasked to provide both main and desert. Cost per member will be $35 per head. The pre-dinner nibbles will be by contribution by members. The bread will be purchased by Vintage Vignettes Photography. The club will run a soft-drink bar at $1 per can. No alcohol will be permitted as DeMolay house is an alcohol-free zone.
Pre dinner nibbles will satrt at 6:30pm with sit down to eat at 7:00pm. Tea and coffee will be available after the meal.
