TPS Outing
From REDACTED, Members’ Rep:
TPS outing this Sunday 25th August, Japanese Gardens 2-4pm.
This is an opportunity to photograph a young lady dressed in steam punk costume with the gardens as a backdrop (Thanks Elsa, I assume Dad has mentioned this by now).
If like me, you didn’t have a clue what this fashion trend or subculture was, here’s some information
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steampunk
This should be fun, and a great way to make different cultures blend (or clash).

Heritage Photographic Awards
Volunteers are being sought to assist with the framing of the Heritage Photographic Awards.
This will be happening on Monday 26th August, 9am-finished. (I realise people work, it is not necessary to let me know if you cannot.)
This is a vital part of our local assistance and revenue raising efforts. It is important that we maintain our connection to this major photographic event, in our region.
Please email or reply to the post, if you can assist.

You will be asked to vote on three special resolutions prior to the start of our AGM. To be eligible to vote, you must be; a current financial member, be present at the AGM or, have a proxy made available to another financial member.
These changes are needed so that we can streamline our management, dealings with others and simplify our competition results.
On the night of the AGM, you will be given a coloured voting paper with the choices outlined. You will be asked to fill these in and lodge them with the committee prior to the start of the AGM. The attached document outlines the committee’s plan.
