Over the past few months the TPS Committee has been adding, reviewing and updating policies for our club. These have now been added to the TPS website – to view these go to the Club Information button at top right of our MyPhotoClub website.
The policies (dates in brackets indicate when approved by TPS Committee) include:
- Code of Conduct (June 2023)
- Communication Policy (Oct 2024)
- Conflict of Interest Policy (Sept 2024)
- Ethical Principles for Photographic Images (Aug 2024)
- Life Membership Honour (Oct 2024)
- Privacy Policy (Sept 2024)
In addition, the new Rules for Toowoomba Photographic Society (formerly the constitution) have been approved by the Office of Fair Trading following endorsement by the TPS Membership at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on the 13 August 2024. These rules are now in place and accessible to members in the Club Information section of our website. These replace the 2013 TPS Constitution.
