Set Subject: Motion

Definition: Motion is the action or process of moving or being moved.  In this set subject your aim is to communicate motion within a still image.  There are several possible ways to capture motion – for example, blurring the subject with the background in focus, blurring the background with the subject in focus (panning), blurring the whole image, ‘chrono’ photography.

Set Subject: Fairs/Shows/Markets

Definition: Fairs/Shows/Markets are events held for the buying and selling of goods, and/or the exhibition of farm products or manufactured goods.  Images for this set subject should focus on the interaction of participants in these events.
