| The “garden city” movement is a method of urban planning initiated by Sir Ebenezer Howard in 1898 in the United Kingdom. Garden cities were intended to be planned, self-contained communities surround by “greenbelts”, containing proportionate areas of residences, industry and agriculture. It is also the phrase used to describe Toowoomba. Use your imagination to capture the essence of the “Garden City”. |

Set Subject: Motion
Definition: Motion is the action or process of moving or being moved. In this set subject your aim is to communicate motion within a still image. There are several possible ways to capture motion – for example, blurring the subject with the background in focus, blurring the background with the subject in focus (panning), blurring the whole image, ‘chrono’ photography.
