The TPS Field Day for July 2024 is being held at Morgan Park Raceway, Old Stanthorpe Road, Warwick this Saturday the 13 July 2024. We will be photographing Round 4 of the Australian Superbike Championships.
This will be a great opportunity to practice your motorsport photography at a great venue. Field day participants will need to purchase entry to the event using the website address https://www.asbk.com.au/spectator-info/round-4/, The entry fee is $25/adult or $15/concession holders. This site contains more information about the venue and event. The gates open at 8am.
To get to the Morgan Park Raceway use the directions below:
- Travel to Warwick on the New England Highway until the Wood Street intersection lights
- Turn left here and follow Wood St to Lyons St. – turn right
- Follow Lyons St
- Turn left into Pratten St over the railway line
- Turn right into McEvoy St
- Follow McEvoy St south until the roundabout just past the Warwick Saleyards
- take the second exit on the roundabout
- then exit left onto the Old Stanthorpe Road
- follow Old Stanthorpe Road until the entrance way to the Morgan Park complex – turn right here and follow the road in. Just before the entrance to the Warwick Polocrosse grounds take the road to the left and follow this until the entrance to Morgan Park Raceway
- You will need to show your ticket here and then take the road immediately at left to the parking areas up the hill.
- We will meet near the track overpass (corner 3 of the K Track) at 8:30am.
