Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Toowoomba Photographic Society (TPS) is to be held and the TPS Clubrooms (DeMolay House – 90 Margaret Street Toowoomba), 6:30pm on the 14th August.
Members will need to ensure they have paid their membership dues prior to, or on the night, to be eligible to vote on items in the AGM. A named voting card will be available to members who are financial.
A committee nomination form is attached and can be either emailed to the secretary email; tpssec@hotmail.com or mailed to our postal address; PO Box 339 Toowoomba, QLD 4350. Please have these returned by Wednesday 1st August.
An AGM Agenda will be made available on the evening.
Please be prompt, as we also have a competition meeting held on the same night.
