This coming Tuesday night (30 June 2026) the TPS Members Zoom Session will be focusing on our August Competition Set Subject – Typological Photography (due the 14 July 2026).
The Set Subject definition provided is – A collection of similar objects or subjects photographed using a consistent, repetitive style to highlight their similarities and differences. The objects usually displayed using a repetitive structure like a grid to present images that share a common connection, such as objects, people, or structures.
In this Zoom session we will not only discuss the characteristics of Typological Photography but also demonstrate how to create the structured grid to present your photos for this competition – in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. If you use other processing software we will look at how you might create a similar grid in your software if time permits.
