We will NOT be meeting at DeMolay tonight
We will be having a combined skills night / field day this coming Tuesday Night.
We are going to meet at the rail bridge in town that is at the corner of Bashford and Long Street.

Where: Rail bridge Cnr Bashford and Long Street (Across from the driving range)
Parking: Parking available in Water Street
When: 7PM
Plan: The general idea is to use this old wooden rail bridge as a subject interest to practice photographing bridges with, Try and get them level, perspective right, depth of field. We will probably light paint the bridge depending on what the ambient light will be like at the time. Vehicles will drive past so there will be a chance to get light trails, we “might” even get a train.
You might have an opportunity to photograph people at the driving range.
There might be running water in the creek underneath
What to bring:
Camera, batteries, memory cards.
Lenses: Wide will probably be best (generally anything under 24mm on a Full Frame), however longer lenses will work too and will give a different effect.
Accessories:
Tripod, Shutter Cable Release (helpful b ut not required), a torch / LED panel or something that can be used to light paint with.
Jumper/s – it might be cold
Warm Drink if you’re that way inclined.
Umbrella – Given the weather lately it’s almost necessary everywhere.
