Thank you to all the members who attended our AGM Via Zoom tonight.
Sufficient numbers attended for a new committee to be voted in and are as follows:
President: Travis Lord
Vice-President: Roberta Edwards
Treasurer: Val Shield
Members Representative: Now Vacant (26/01).
Secretary: No nomination
To function as a society, we MUST appoint a secretary within one month of yesterday’s date, being the 25/February.
The role of secretary is as follows:
- Be a contact point for both external clubs and TPS Members.
You will get access to the “secretary@tpsi.org.au” email. - Be part of our great committee and have a say about the direction of TPS.
- Take notes and generate minutes of monthly committee and Annual General meeting
(this does NOT include judging, microskills or skill nights). - Complete action points arising from committee meetings.
- Escalate compliments, complaints or other queries to the President.
