Howick Trans-Tasman Competition

“Our Town” competition between TPS and Howick for the month of March.

30 images of Toowoomba taken during this month, March, to be submitted to Roberta267@gmail.com before 31st March 2021. Images to be no larger than 1620x1080px and 2Mb file size.

Members can submit 1 or 2 images, but only 1 image per member will be used in the competition. The committee will select the best 30 images to be sent to Howick for the competition.

We would like at least one image from everyone in the club, show off this beautiful town, make us proud.

Portraiture Workshop- Saturday

Don’t forget that this Saturday is the Portraiture Workshop, for those who haven’t booked. There are a few spaces left and you’ll be learning about how to set up bay and lighting, posing models, using light meters, experiencing continuous lighting of various types, studio strobes, micro heads etc

Takatsuki Exhibition 2021

I have been contacted by Takatsuki, through the Toowoomba Regional Council, asking if we would be willing to provide 5 digital images (for emailing to Takatsuki) that can be printed on A3 size paper. There is no set theme, however the citizens love seeing images our beautiful nature, scenery and daily life of Toowoomba Region.

Takatsuki will require the title and name of photographer (incl title) the selected photos by the 12 April.

If you believe you have a worthy inclusion, please email your full resolution image to the president’s email, or in turn contact me via these means.
