Field Day

DATE: 27 August 2022
TIME: Starting at 4PM
Where: Jondaryn Woolshed
264 Jondaryan Evanslea Rd, Jondaryan QLD 4403
Price: $10 to cover entry fee

Weather permitting, we are heading to the Jondaryn Woolshed. We are meeting around 4PM so that members can walk around with some light and look at locations and pick an area where they will be photographing.
Once the sun goes down the fun begins. Blue hour silhouettes could be an option or wait a bit longer for the stars to come out.

As time goes on the Milky Way will present itself and be photographable above your chosen subject, from around 7:30pm onwards (depending on width of your lens etc).

Light paint a shed, tractor, tree – the choice is yours.

Alternatively, face your camera towards the south to get circular star trails and compose it with your subject to make it look like its being sucked up into space.

This is a night members do not want to miss!
