It has come to the attention of the executive that print entrants using Myphotoclub printed labels receive a label with their name included. We have contacted the Myphotoclub web designer asking that names not appear on labels.
The principle is that all entries received by the judge must be anonymous. Digital images are. In the meantime, we ask all print entrants to remove their names from their print entries. We will be lenient with entrants who may not receive this communication immediately.
Please note we are not suggesting any breach of integrity has occurred either by judges or anyone else. However, the integrity of the current system can potentially be breached. The executive takes this seriously and ask for the cooperation of print entrants. We do not wish to disqualify any entries, but the entrant’s name must not appear on prints entered for TPS competitions.
